AI Email Drafting
Drafts only. A person reviews and sends every message. Nothing sends on its own.
Keep the line NEVER LIST last, then one word or phrase per line. A draft containing one can't be sent until you edit it. The AI never writes a literal price or date: it leaves [PRICE] / [DATE] for you to fill in. Only the company, first name, service, stage and recent notes are sent to the AI provider. Email addresses, phone numbers and deal values are not.
